About Capt. Zac
Capt. Zac Oppenheim is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master and professional boating educator with more than 15 years of maritime experience. A longtime St. Petersburg resident, Zac combines extensive knowledge of Florida's Gulf Coast waterways with a background in boating education, vessel operation and owner support.
Through Homegrown Helmsman, Zac and his team work with boat and yacht owners on vessel operation, owner training, yacht delivery, ongoing systems checks, vessel management and other practical aspects of ownership. His contribution to Seaside Luxe adds an independent operator's perspective to the real estate, waterfront and yacht guidance already provided by the Seaside Luxe advisory team.
